What materials are used in the 3D knitted blankets? Do they have a thick texture?

These are all knitted with 100% Acrylic Fiber Woollen Yarn.

If you are looking for a very thick winter fleece textured blanket for older toddlers, our 3D knitted blankets might not be suitable. But they can still be quite a good option for spring, summer and autumn. You can read more on the product detail pages.

Why are some items not placed neatly and straight in the package?

Sometimes during the shipping, the items can be shaken a bit. We apologise for that if this ever happens to your order, but it should not affect the product. If there’s ever any damage, please request for replacement/return as our company policy.

At what age can my baby start to use teether / teething toys?

Babies of all ages can use our teething products and they are especially good for babies at teething age.

How long does standard shipping take?

Once the order is placed, it usually takes us 1-2 days to complete the products.

In the UK, normally with standard delivery is 3-5 days.

How long does the next working day delivery take?

We only do next working day delivery in the UK. If you choose the next day delivery option, please bear in mind that when your order is placed before 11 a.m. you will receive your order the very next working day. However, if your order is placed after 11 a.m. the delivery will pick it up on the same day but you might receive your order a day after.

What is the material of the baby teether? And how safe is it for babies to use?

Our products are fully certified with EU safety regulation for all the materials we are using, it is food grade therefore safe for baby to chew on. They are natural silicone, wood, cotton, which is BPA Free, Latex Free, Lead Free, Phthalate Free.

Our handmade method is very secure for not causing choking hazard as they are all double-knotted with extra thick and higher quality strings, which you will find us better than those in the existing market. Even the toys will be torn apart, as it has been double knotted, so the beads will not fall out, it stays as it is, so no chance for the baby to swallow, but just in case, we would recommend to take it off from the children when it happens. However, that requires very strong strength, it should not happen with an adult even doing it on purpose, so I can not really imagine a baby can make it happen so.

How to clean baby teether?

You can clean it with a wet cloth or in warm water.

What do I do if the baby teether breaks or is damaged?

If the beads ever came off or any part of the teether is damaged, then it is very important to keep the whole product away from your baby and discard it. Always keep small objects away from your baby as they present a choking hazard.

What if the product is damaged when I received it?

All the deliveries are in sturdy packaging, but in the unlikely event that your product is damaged in the post please get in contact with us within the first 14 days after you received the item, we will arrange a new replacement to be sent in your way.

After placing your order, we usually dispatch items in the next 1-2 working days.
